By applying for a contractor account, you acknowledge and agree that:

You will operate as an independent contractor, not as an employee of Randall Brothers Building Supply
Randall Brothers serves only as a platform to showcase your work and connect you with potential customers
You are solely responsible for your business operations, licensing, insurance, and customer relationships
Randall Brothers does not guarantee work, endorse your services, or assume liability for your business activities
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Randall Brothers from any claims arising from your services
You must maintain appropriate licenses, insurance, and business registrations required by law

This is a directory service - all customer contracts and business relationships are directly between you and your clients.

You retain ownership of your photos and can request removal at any time.
